Owner Agreement for Tahadde Application:
Welcome to Tahadde! We are excited to have you join our platform as an owner. This Owner Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing your participation as an owner on Tahadde.
Registration and Subscription: a. Upon registration as an owner on Tahadde, you are required to upload a valid trade license to verify your business legitimacy.
b. Your subscription to Tahadde's platform is contingent upon maintaining a valid trade license. You agree to promptly upload a new trade license once the existing one expires to avoid suspension of your account.
c. The first year of registration on Tahadde is free of charge, with no registration fee required.
Commission Fee and Payment: a. During the initial six-month period, Tahadde will charge a commission fee of 5% on the total sales or bookings made through our platform. This commission fee will be deducted automatically from your earnings.
b. After the initial six-month period, Tahadde reserves the right to adjust the commission fee percentage for all owners. Any changes to the commission fee percentage will be communicated to you in advance.
Obligations as an Owner: a. You agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations governing your use of our platform.
b. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the content you upload to our platform, including but not limited to listings, descriptions, and pricing information.
c. You agree to provide excellent customer service to users who book your services through Tahadde and to promptly resolve any disputes or issues that may arise.
d. In the event of any disputes with clients caused by the academy, Tahadde will not be held accountable. The dispute should be handled by the responsible party unless there is a proven issue with the Tahadde platform.
Marketing and Promotion: a. You authorize Tahadde to use your academy's name, logo, and any provided promotional materials for marketing and promotional purposes on the Tahadde platform and affiliated marketing channels.
b. You agree to actively participate in promotional activities initiated by Tahadde, such as discounts, promotions, or featured listings, to enhance visibility and bookings for your academy.
Ratings and Reviews: a. You acknowledge that users of the Tahadde platform may leave ratings and reviews for your academy based on their experience.
b. You agree to monitor and respond to ratings and reviews in a timely and professional manner, addressing any concerns or feedback raised by users.
Compliance with Policies: a. You agree to comply with all policies and guidelines set forth by Tahadde, including but not limited to pricing policies, content guidelines, and community standards.
b. Failure to comply with Tahadde's policies may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to the platform.
Intellectual Property: a. You acknowledge that Tahadde owns all intellectual property rights in the platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and software.
b. You agree not to use Tahadde's intellectual property without prior written consent, and not to create any derivative works or modifications of the platform.
Termination: a. Tahadde reserves the right to terminate your account and access to the platform at any time for violations of this Agreement or any applicable laws and regulations.
b. In the event of termination, you will be responsible for fulfilling any existing bookings and obligations to users, and Tahadde will facilitate the transfer of any outstanding payments.
Indemnification: a. You agree to indemnify and hold Tahadde harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to any breach of this Agreement or violation of any laws or regulations
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates , without regard to its conflict of law principles.
b. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Arab Emirates.
By joining Tahadde as an owner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
